Emmerita A. Dogo-Isonagie, C.R.N.P.

Emmerita A. Dogo-Isonagie joins Carroll Health Group OB/GN with close to a decade of health care experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Coppin State University in Baltimore, and earned her Master of Science degree in nursing from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Ms. Dogo-Isonagie specialties include providing patients with annual gynecological exams, treatment for sexual dysfunctions, and contraception and preconception counseling.

Ms. Dogo-Isonagie sees patients in Westminster.

Amber Evans, D.N.P, C.N.M

Amber Evans has more than a decade of experience.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware and her Master of Science degree in nursing, specializing in nurse midwifery, from Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing (now known as Frontier Nursing University) in Hyden, Kentucky.  Evans also has a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Frontier Nursing University.

Ms.Evans sees patients in Westminster.


Karen MacKinnon, C.N.M., M.S.N.

A member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, Karen MacKinnon comes to Carroll Health Group OB/GYN with 20 years of health care experience. She received her Master of Science degree in nursing and midwifery certification from Columbia University School of Nursing in New York, N.Y.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from The College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, N.Y, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and women's studies from Western Maryland College, now McDaniel College.

Ms. MacKinnon sees patients in Mt. Airy.

Ellen Ray, R.N., C.N.M., M.S., D.N.P.

A certified nurse midwife for close to 30 years, Ellen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla. She received her Master of Science and Midwifery certification from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.

She also holds a Post Masters Certificate in Nursing Education from Johns Hopkins University and completed a Patient Safety Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality in Baltimore, Md.

Hilles Whedbee, B.S.N., M.S., C.N.M

Hilles Whedbee has 35 years of health care experience. She received her certificate as a nurse midwife from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, N.J., and her Master of Science degree in nursing administration from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

She also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.

Victoria Willey, C.R.N.P.

Victoria Willey has more than 20 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and her Master of Science degree in nursing from University of Maryland in Baltimore. She also earned her post-graduate certification as a family nurse practitioner from West Virginia University.

 

Ms. Willey specializes in treatment of perimenopause and menopausal symptoms, medical management of urogynecological problems such as bladder issues (urinary incontinence and overactive bladder) and uterine prolapse.

 

Ms. Willey sees pateints in Mt. Airy and Eldersburg.
